We are currently looking for a Painter for a Temporary 4 Months Contract.

As a Painter, you are responsible for maintaining the hotel’s interior and exterior surfaces in excellent condition. You ensure that all painted areas meet the hotel’s quality and safety standards, contributing to a well‑maintained and welcoming environment for guests and employees. You must be reliable, detail‑oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of the maintenance team.

Key responsibilities:

• Paint and repaint walls, ceilings, doors, frames, and other surfaces in guest rooms, public areas, offices, and back‑of‑house areas.

  
  

• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, filling cracks or holes, and applying primers as needed.

  
  

• Maintain and repair painted surfaces to ensure a high standard of appearance at all times.

  
  

• Work in public areas with minimal disruption to guests and operations.

  
  

• Ensure proper use, storage, and maintenance of painting tools and materials.

  
  

• Follow health and safety regulations and hotel maintenance procedures.

  
  

• Coordinate with the maintenance team and report any structural or repair issues identified during work.
