Medewerker Technische Dienst

Als medewerker Technische Dienst houd je je bezig met het uitvoeren van geplande technische onderhoudswerkzaamheden aan én in de accommodaties,  infrastructuur, en overige. Daarnaast voer je lichte technische werkzaamheden uit zoals lampen vervangen, tv's aansluiten, onderdelen vervangen in de woonkamer of badkamer, etc. Samen met je collega’s en het hoofd Technische Dienst ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt bij (technische) calamiteiten, voor zowel de receptie als hotelgasten, en je kunt deze op een rustige en professionele wijze oplossen. Je signaleert, rapporteert en bent bezig met het oplossen van geconstateerde gebreken en storingen.

Jij bent niet alleen oplossingsgericht, sociaal en servicegericht maar je biedt ook een luisterend oor aan onze gasten. Communicatie met hen en andere afdelingen, voornamelijk de receptie, is het sleutelwoord! Je vindt het belangrijk dat de gasten een zorgeloos en prettig verblijf hebben en probeert daar waar je zelf het probleem niet kan oplossen het zo goed mogelijk te regelen.
